Return Policy

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

 

Please be aware:

We only offer store credit for any eligible returns. We do not offer nor issue refunds to the original payment method except gift cards.



Return Policy:

Returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date we receive.

Returns will be refunded to an electronic gift card. The store credit must be used within 1 year of receiving the credit.

We must receive your return within 14 days of the date you receive your item to be eligible for a refund. International orders are allowed 30 days.

Returns must be fragrance free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given on electronic gift card.

Returns older than 16 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

Northern Roots Boutique does NOT provide return labels.

When shipping your return, please securely pack and seal items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.



If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage or disposal.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you return an item that is not eligible for return, there will be no store credit issued. We do not make any exceptions.

Exchanges

If you are in need of exchanging your return eligible item for another size, you must return your item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for exchange, we will issue a store credit. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for store credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been marked as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You must confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.

USPS has a habit of updating tracking information as "delivered" hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please be sure to wait at least 48-72 hours to see if the package turns up.
